Innovation in plastics manufacturing
Classic Plastics has a long history. While the brand is new, the facility, team and expertise were established 40 years ago, and led by John and Rachel Fowler since 2006.
That means all Classic Plastics manufacturing is grounded in a history of innovative research and development (R&D). We can draw from the expertise of our sister company, Medical Plastics, which brings new, technically complex medical products to market. This means we can help and support your R&D journey, from idea to mass production.

Our facility and processes were designed to manufacture medical-grade products. That means you know your products will be crafted to the same exacting standards.
Quality assurance.
We have a quality control team overseeing every project, so each element meets the highest standards using:
- State-of-the-art CNC camera measurement system for accurate measurements
- Full documentation including control charts and dimensional checks with every batch and delivery
- Meticulous equipment maintenance schedule. Our computerised, photo-based tooling and maintenance database means we address potential issues before they become moulding faults.
